Complete Site Construction: New Build Garden & Driveway

🌿 Garden & Driveway Construction for a Newly Built Home in Harpenden 🌿
 
This project involved the complete construction of a garden and driveway from the ground up, delivering everything required to shape and finish the outdoor spaces around a newly built house.
 
The works began with importing substantial quantities of soil and hardcore to correctly build up and form the site levels. A French drain system was installed to effectively manage surface water and ensure proper drainage away from the lawn areas, protecting the garden for years to come.
 
Around the property, we installed new perimeter fencing using Jackson’s Fencing, providing long-lasting security, privacy, and a high-quality finish. Solid concrete bases were constructed for all patio areas, creating strong and durable foundations ready for future outdoor use.
 
Soft landscaping works included planting trees and hedges, helping the garden establish structure and greenery from day one.
 
To the front of the property, the project included:
•Construction of a feature wall to enhance kerb appeal
•Extension of the drive apron for improved access
•Installation of a soakaway to manage surface water
•A permeable driveway laid using Vande Moortel clay pavers, combining visual appeal with sustainable drainage
 
The finishing touches included turfing the front verge and additional planting, bringing the whole project together and softening the newly built surroundings.
 
The result is a fully completed, well-drained, and thoughtfully designed garden and driveway, perfectly complementing the new home and ready to be enjoyed from day one. 🌱
